Tora Bay Sauvignon Blanc is produced from a single vineyard site of 33 hectares purchased in Martinborough in 2000. It is a special site lying beautifully to the all day sun and is slightly elevated. Equally aromatic and delicious, this brims with honeysuckle, passion fruit and nectarine flavors that are generous, juicy, ripe and delicious. Shows focus and a wonderful acidity on a light body. Light yellow color. Aromas of lemon, citrus and honeysuckle with a hint of minerals. Flavors of lemon, citrus, stone fruits and herbs with wonderful acidity on the clean finish.
