
This Saint-Emilion Grand Cru is a wonderful, fruit-driven wine. The Château has all the essential facilities to produce a great wine : a new winery equipped with conical vats, the only ones of their kind in the appellation. This is a technologically-accomplished wine with lots of fruit, shaped by limited yields and long maceration to charming effect. Pairs well with roast duck with olive butter, fillet of beef in batter, rack of lamb with polenta, game dishes, specially selected cheeses.
