The 2010 vintage of Bruichladdich Islay Barley comes from Optic and Oxbridge barley grown by eight farmers across Islay. Aged in a combination of bourbon- and French-wine casks, this is clean and fresh with notes of lemon, apple peach, along with a coastal character.
