After a careful thinning out in July and August, the vinification process takes place at a controlled temperature. At the end of the aging period in barrique, the wine shows a bright ruby red color with full and inviting tones. On the nose it releases aromas that bring us back to the fruit when ripe, with the fragrance of plum, blackberry, jam, spices and toasted. On the palate it is dry, full, harmonious and slightly tannic. It should be served at 18-20 ° C.
