Bowmore Legend is a fitting tribute to the very first Islay malt. So much so that it has become something of a legend in its own right, among single malt whisky lovers everywhere. This single malt whisky is a young, rather gentle Bowmore whisky. Whilst not massively complex or full-bodied, Legend is still a great value for money malt. Heart notes of gentle peat smoke, a little barley and a touch of the coast. A gentle palate, a one dimensional malt with a vibrant youthfulness and lots of pep. Good malty sweetness, maritime, a touch of pine finish.
