This Cava is born of the union of the finest grapes from western Requena, grown on north-facing slopes, with patient, peaceful aging in our cellars. It has spent over 9 months at 17ºC, utterly undisturbed and with no sudden changes in temperature or light conditions. Intensely fragrant, it unfolds ripe red fruit aromas on a bottom note of patisserie and mocha, full-bodied and lasting on the palate. Balanced acidity, with hints of rye bread and a long finish.
